I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a telephone and an iron. The hotel was in a decent location short walk to a safe area and shopping stores and restaurants and Connecticut. This was my second good stay here and I would come here again.

I recently stayed at Red Carpet in Norwalk for a week and was pleasantly surprised. The location was convenient, with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff was polite and accommodating. The price was reasonable and the staff was always nice and supportive. I love staying here.

Our favourite, nice basic hotel in Norwalk with helpful staff. Very beautiful area, comfy location, short walk to shopping stores and restaurants, restaurants and a safe area. 5 minutes' walk to Bow Tie Cinemas. Fine stay, as always.

The hotel staff was helpful, not annoying. Location: the venue was near restaurants and stores, the Westport train station, and a movie theater. Lucky that it was within a close distance from Five Guys, offering food to go.

Everything was fine, though we stayed for 1 night only. The staff helped us and were very friendly. The location was comfy, not too far from Bow Tie Cinemas.

Quiet location convenient to many places, free parking on-site. Really helpful stuff throughout our stay.

Kind of rude staff!

The room was neat with double beds, with essentials required. Really helpful and very very helpful staff who cared about me...

The hotel is conveniently located in a high-density area, close to Westport and Saugatuck. The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive, providing good customer service. The carpet in the common areas was wet, suggesting that they were maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

The hotel's amenities and overall condition left much to be desired.

Liked Norwalk, the hotel was quiet convenient to many places. I was given a cheap room with with a jacuzzi tub as well as comfortable seating.

Surly front desk staff. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. The moved us, but charged us more to get a non smelling room.

I had a comfortable stay at Red Carpet Inn. The staff was quick to address any issues I had, like when my remote was missing, they provided a replacement right away. The room was clean and the king size bed was spacious. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Located on the waterfront, easy to find. Friendly staff at the front desk. Lots of parking. Close to shopping and restaurants. Free wifi, better than other hotels. Amenities include a fridge, ironing board, and hair dryer. Free long distance calls to Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. No noise disturbances, even on a busy weekend. Comfortable bed. Fairly clean for an older facility.

Felt privileged, no complaints whatsoever.

Nice room for the price, good location for me, about 40 mints to NYC or Woodbury outlets.

a bit disappoint on the breakfasts, quite heavy snow during stay, but no one came to clean the ground and park.
